Being the sole brother to five amazing sisters, cooking was an absolute must. Who would have thought that I would go on to develop an in-depth knowledge of the craft and perfect the skill that has always captivated me the most? In two words: Giving & Satisfaction. These are the values that drive me, and what better way to share them with the world than through cooking?

Who could have predicted that all those childhood holidays would prepare me for a professional journey in the culinary world? Starting from dish pit, pantry, pizza oven, and grill to sauté, I had the privilege of learning under incredible head chefs at Q1227 Sacramento, CA; Scott’s Seafood, Sacramento, CA; Willow, Sacramento, CA; and now leading the kitchen at Bubbles & Fizz, Sacramento, CA.

Now, I’m taking the leap to build my own legacy, bringing my passion to your plate.

From down-home family favorites to five-star, multi-course meals, I’ve got you covered. As my sister always says, “Every day is someone’s day to celebrate.” And I’d like to add: refined palates aren’t limited by taste alone—true satisfaction must be achieved!
