Cake Sales
All Food items are final sale and cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or delayed in transit, we will gather information to determine an appropriate solution, whether it be reshipping a cake or issuing a store credit. Due to the nature of shipping perishable products, there are no refunds.
Order Cancellations
For Products: orders are processed within 24 hours of reciept. After 24 hours orders can not be cancelled.
Shipped Cancellations
Delivered Orders
(For Cake & Meal Orders) All orders are final 7 DAYS before the scheduled event, as a result no changes can be made after this time.
Canceled orders made less than 7 full days in advance are subject to a PARTIAL REFUND of funds made in excess of booking and or deposit.
Additional Fees: For orders canceled with less than 7 days notice, 10%-25% of invoice total will be assessed.
For venues or in the event of street metered parking, exact parking cost will be charged to client and stairs will be $10.00 (To be paid on arrival). Set up is an additional $35.00 if not previously selected (If delivery has been selected, please note that a longer delivery window is necessary).
Product Sales
Return request Must be submitted via email at (cakes@chrissyskaykes.com) with in 30 days of purchase. Refund amounts are not guaranteed and are dependent upon the condition of the item returned. Chrissy’s Kaykes reserves the right to deny a refund for Items not in the original packaging. Items are to be returned via the preferred shipper at customers expense.
Once a refund request is recieved and approved a Returned Murchandise Authorization will be emailed to you. Print the form and include it with the returned item.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping, including any tracking or insurance.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used in the original order, typically within 5 business days of receiving the return, however certain banks may take longer to credit the funds to your accounts.
Exchanges
Chrissy’s Kaykes does not offer any exchanges. Substitutes and replacements of product(s) must be purchaced separately.
Shipping Disclaimer
Although we take every precaution to mitigate the risk of delivering locally, and or shipping our frozen cakes, unfortunately some things outside of our control such as weather delays and local carrier mis-scans. These events may also effect the requested delivery date. Therefore once the package is in the hands of USPS, UPS or FEDEX, we no longer have control of the delivery, and in effect delivery dates are not guaranteed. We highly suggest you request delivery a few days prior to the event in case of such delays.
Please note: Some addresses do not offer Saturday deliveries.
We are not responsible for incorrect recipient addresses so please check that all shipping information is correct before submitting the order. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Time of delivery is not exact as they are determined by the carrier.
Signatures for the release of any shipment are not required, and we request the package be left at the address should the recipient not be home or not answer.
Packages can be delivered anytime between 8am – 8 pm, depending on the carrier.
Deliveries: Please allow a half hour to one-hour window for all deliveries. Please Note: For Holidays, Sunday or Monday Delivery or Pick Up will be at an additional service charge.
GIFT ORDERS
Customers are responsible for notifying their recipients that a perishable item is on the way and for confirming that they are available to receive the package. By entering your email or the recipient’s email, our system will automatically send out the tracking number.
Chrissy’s Kaykes is not responsible for products/ packages reported damaged or melted due to a delay in opening and properly storing the contents upon delivery by the recipient.
Thawed Orders
Chrissy’s Kaykes takes pride in making sure that your cake is baked, decorated, wrapped, packaged properly and shipped at the appropriately, so that it arrives at your doorstep in the perfect condition it left our bakery. Our cakes and cupcakes are shipped with dry ice, and it is common for the dry ice to have evaporated by the time it is delivered. Products will arrive at ambient temperature, ready to be served. The cake is safe to consume as long as it has retained its shape. If serving on another day, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 3 months or refrigerator up to 7 days to preserve freshness. A Care Card is included in each box, outlining storage, and serving instructions.
Our bundt cakes are delivered without dry ice and are delivered at ambient temperature. They are shelf-stable up to 12-24 days. Please refer to the Care Card included in the box for storage and serving instructions.

My order arrived damaged or was incorrect
We’re sorry to hear this! Please contact us at cakes@chrissyskaykes.com within 5 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, as well as details and photos of the damage. Photos should include
We understand that sometimes items get damaged, and we will work to resolve the situation quickly. If it is determined that the damage was the result of our error, we will reship your order at the next available ship date or offer you a store credit for a future purchase.
If the wrong product was delivered, we will ship out the correct cake at the next available ship date.
